Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's, Master's or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from accredited schools approved by the APTA
- Active State License is Required to Start the Assignment
- BLS Certification May Be Required from AHA or ARC
- Experience with HCHB is required
Assignment Details
- 40 expected hours per week
- Coverage area includes Morgan, Cass, Schuyler, Scott, Brown, Adams, and Pike counties
- Key duties include patient visits, oversight of PTA, care coordination, team meetings, and case management
