Head Travel/Club Soccer Coach & Club Director - Fairfield, NJ
SNK Soccer Academy is seeking a passionate, organized, and motivated soccer professional to join our leadership team as a Head Travel/Club Soccer Coach and Club Director.
Located in Fairfield, New Jersey, SNK Soccer Academy has been developing players for over 25 years. We service partner clubs throughout Essex County while also operating our own highly competitive SNK Soccer Academy EDP and N1 League teams. This is an outstanding opportunity to make a lasting impact on players, coaches, and the continued growth of our club.
Position Overview
The Head Travel/Club Soccer Coach will play a key leadership role within the organization, working closely with the Club President and Director of Coaching to oversee the boys' soccer program. This position combines coaching, leadership, administration, and player development in a collaborative and fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
Club Leadership
  • Oversee and enhance all on- and off-field operations of the boys' soccer program.
  • Collaborate closely with the Club President and Director of Coaching.
  • Manage daily club operations and solve logistical challenges.
  • Assist with long-term planning and strategic club development.
  • Evaluate and support programming to ensure a positive experience for players at every level.
  • Maintain approximately 15-20 office hours per week, based on coaching responsibilities.
Coaching Responsibilities
  • Serve as Head Coach for three competitive travel teams.
  • Lead training sessions for travel, recreational, and youth development programs.
  • Collaborate with coaches and team managers to ensure smooth program execution.
  • Communicate weekly with players and families.
  • Complete annual player evaluations for all assigned teams.
Qualifications
  • Passion for coaching and developing young players.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
  • Proactive problem solver with a positive, professional attitude.
