Job description

American Traveler is seeking an experienced travel RN for a Pediatric PACU position requiring a minimum of 2 years of experience, ICU background, and prior travel nursing experience.
Job Details
• Pediatric Post-Anesthesia Care Unit (PACU) in a hospital setting,
• Day shift schedule: three 12-hour shifts per week (7:00-19:30),
• Rotating weeknight and weekend call required,
• Rotating holiday coverage required,
• Cerner charting system experience preferred,
Job Requirements
• Active MO or Compact RN license currently in hand (no pending licenses accepted),
• Current BLS certification required,
• Minimum of 2 years of nursing experience required, with at least 1 year in a PACU or relevant specialty,
• ICU experience is required,
• Prior travel nursing experience required,
• Ability to ambulate, reach, and move objects weighing 20 lbs or more,
• Two professional references required for consideration,
Additional Information
• Candidates residing within 75 miles of the facility may be considered at a reduced travel pay rate,
• Any requested time off (RTO) must be disclosed upfront,
• Position involves rotating call shifts on weeknights and weekends,
• Role requires working in an active, fast-paced environment with frequent patient contact, including those with contagious illnesses
