What is the 3 month rule for jobs?

The 3 month rule for a Travel Scout job typically refers to a probation or trial period of three months, during which performance is evaluated before offering a permanent position. As a Travel Scout, your main responsibilities include researching and visiting potential travel destinations, assessing accommodations and activities, and gathering detailed information to create thorough trip reports and recommendations. You’ll often evaluate logistics, safety, accessibility, and the uniqueness of experiences at each location, frequently working independently but sometimes coordinating with travel agencies, tour operators, or corporate teams.
