Job description

OnPoint CX Solutions is hiring call center survey agents for immediate start. If you’re looking for fast onboarding, paid training, and flexible work-from-home opportunities, this is a great short-term role.
What You’ll Do:
  • Conduct customer service & political surveys (NO sales)
  • Follow a script, ask questions, and accurately record responses
  • Maintain professionalism and attention to detail on every call

Important Role Expectations (Read Before Applying):
This role requires high flexibility and reliability. By applying, you should be comfortable with the following:
  • This is an on-call position with schedules that may change daily
  • You may be scheduled with little to no advance notice (same day or next day)
  • Hours are not guaranteed – you may work full shifts, partial shifts, or no hours at all depending on business needs
  • You must have open availability, including weekends if needed
  • This is a temporary/seasonal position, not a permanent role
  • Work is repetitive call-based survey work, requiring focus and accuracy
Requirements:
  • Must reside in Nevada
  • In order to WFH, you must have reliable hardwired (Ethernet) internet connection (recommended), have own computer equipment and be able to work on-site during the training period which can be 1-5 days.
  • Quiet, distraction-free workspace
  • Strong communication skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to follow instructions and document responses accurately
  • Must be dependable and responsive when scheduled
Pay & Schedule:
  • $12.00/hour
  • Typical hours often fall between 10:30 AM – 6:00 PM PST, but may vary daily
  • Schedules are driven by client demand and are subject to change
