Integrated Healthcare Services is seeking a travel Polysomnographer for a travel job in Detroit, Michigan.

Job Description & Requirements

Job Summary:

  • Oversee and perform complex sleep procedures and therapeutic interventions, including CPAP and BiPAP titrations.
  • Assist technicians in troubleshooting to ensure high-quality sleep studies (PSGs).
  • Score and tabulate sleep recordings based on established guidelines (e.g., sleep stages, respiratory events, limb movements).
  • Generate detailed reports and performance summaries for physician interpretation.
  • Ensure compliance with BRPT Standards of Conduct and HFHS Sleep Center Guidelines for Sleep Reliability scoring.

Required Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or G.E.D.
  • Registration as a Registered Polysomnographic Technologist (RPSGT) through the Board of Registered Polysomnographic Technicians (BRPT).
  • BCLS Certification (Basic Cardiac Life Support).
  • Proficiency in scoring Sleep Reliability by HFHS Sleep Center Guidelines.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree with scientific coursework.
