Role: Operations Manager – Field Clinical Operations

Location: Houston, TX

Job Type: Contract


Role Overview:

Lead and support Field Clinical Coordinators (FCCs) nationwide while overseeing RPM device installations, training, and customer support across Skilled Nursing Facilities (SNFs). This is a hands-on leadership role requiring extensive U.S. travel.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage, coach, and train FCCs
  • Lead RPM device installations and troubleshooting
  • Train clinical staff on device usage and workflows
  • Coordinate travel, installation schedules, and logistics
  • Ensure HIPAA compliance and accurate documentation
  • Build relationships with SNF administrators and care teams


Qualifications:

  • CNA, Paramedic, or Medical Assistant (MA) certification
  • 3–5+ years in clinical operations, medical devices, or healthcare technology
  • SNF or long-term care experience preferred
  • Valid driver's license and ability to travel nationwide
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
