Role: Technology Architect - Selenium Automation, 6-7 YRS Experience, Testing
Duration: Full TIme
Location: Houston, TX
Qualifications
Basic

Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education
At least 7 years of experience with Information Technology
Preferred
At least 7 years of experience in writing Test Strategy encompassing all Test Phases for multiple projects across various delivery models - Agile, Waterfall
At least 5 years of experience in BDD - Hands on and implementing BDD across projects ( Specflow, Ruby etc) including creation of the automation frameworks.
At least 5 years of experience in driving End to End Test Management in a multi-vendor environment.
At least 7 years of experience with one or various automation tools - Specflow, GHTester, VSTS, QTP
At least 5 years of experience in managing a complex testing project in agile delivery model.
At least 3 years of experience working in TMMi framework
Experience in managing multiple teams spanning across design, development, architecture, business users and client QA managers
Experience in developing presentations for prospects - Capability as well as focused solution
Experience in reviewing projects and provide recommendation on testing - process, tools, environments
ISTQB certified or ISEB Qualified with strong QA and Industry knowledge
Experience of working in Energy Trading
Experience and desire to work in a management consulting environment that requires regular travel
Communication and Analytical skills
Experience and desire to work in a Global delivery environment
