Job description

The Director of Programs serves as a member of the Executive and Senior Leadership Team and is responsible for the strategic oversight, quality, compliance, and performance of all programs and clinical services at Paws and Stripes.

Additional Areas of Responsibility:

This position ensures that programs are implemented with excellence, integrity, and fidelity to the organization’s mission, strategic plan, and trauma-informed model of care. The Director provides direct supervision of program leadership and staff, oversees federal grant performance, ensures data integrity and reporting accuracy, and leads continuous improvement efforts across service delivery systems.

Other Information/Requirements:

The Director of Programs will also oversee the development and implementation of a Medicare and Managed Care Organization (MCO) billing model to support long‑term revenue diversification and alignment with evolving healthcare funding systems.
