This position is entirely remote, offering you the flexibility to manage your schedule while continuing to deliver high-quality care. You will join a multidisciplinary team of professionals, including psychiatrists, psychologists, and other social workers, working in collaboration to address the mental health needs of our patients. The role is designed to accommodate both full-time and part-time practitioners, allowing you the autonomy to set your hours in alignment with patient demands.

• Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments, including psychosocial evaluations and diagnostic interviews, to inform treatment strategies.
• Develop individualized treatment plans collaboratively with patients that focus on their recovery goals and cultural contexts.
• Deliver evidence-based therapies such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and solution-focused brief therapy (SFBT) in varied settings, including individual and group therapy.
• Provide crisis intervention services for patients experiencing acute distress, collaborating closely with an interdisciplinary team to ensure continuity of care.
• Maintain meticulous clinical documentation, including progress notes and treatment plans, ensuring compliance with clinic standards and regulatory requirements.
• Empower patients and families through psychoeducation, equipping them with knowledge and practical skills for managing their mental health.
• Regularly assess treatment outcomes and adjust strategies based on emerging patient needs and therapeutic effectiveness.
• Stay informed on best practices and advancements in mental health treatment to continually enhance clinical skills.
• Adhere to all ethical standards and maintain patient confidentiality throughout your practice.

• A Master's Degree in Social Work from an accredited institution is required.
• An active, state-issued LCSW license is mandatory to practice.

• Experience in trauma-informed care and an understanding of the complexities of mental health challenges related to trauma.
• Familiarity with clinical software systems for documentation and patient management.
• Previous experience in a detox or substance abuse treatment environment is a plus.

The annual salary for this position ranges from USD 70,000 to 84,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
