Youth Residential Worker

Full Time | Day, Evening and Overnight Opportunities

Pay: $16.25-$17/hour + $4,000 Sign-On Bonus

We are seeking Youth Residential Worker who are passionate about making a difference in the lives of children and are looking for a collaborative, team environment. In this role, you will provide direct support and guidance to youth with emotional and behavioral challenges in a structured, home-like environment.


What You'll Do:

  • Create a safe, structured, and supportive environment for youth
  • Build positive relationships and serve as a role model and mentor
  • Supervise daily routines, activities, and recreational programming
  • Teach social, behavioral, and independent living skills
  • Support youth through emotional and behavioral challenges
  • Use trauma-informed care and de-escalation techniques
  • Assist with meals, hygiene, transportation, and daily living activities
  • Document behaviors, incidents, and progress accurately
  • Participate in treatment planning and team meetings
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming living environment

Youth Residential Worker Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma required
    • Bachelor's degree preferred
  • Must be at least 21 years old
  • Valid driver's license required
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
