What You'll Do
- Provide individual therapy to clients presenting with trauma, PTSD, and co-occurring concerns
- Facilitate weekly trauma-focused group therapy sessions
- Conduct intake assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
- Apply evidence-based modalities including EMDR and/or Brainspotting
- Collaborate with the clinical team on care coordination and progress monitoring
- Maintain timely, accurate documentation in compliance with ethical and regulatory standards
- Contribute to program development and continuous improvement
- Active Indiana licensure: LCSW, LMHC, LMFT, etc.
- Minimum 2 years of experience providing trauma-focused therapy
- Solid working knowledge of PTSD, complex trauma, and trauma-informed care frameworks
- Experience facilitating or co-facilitating group therapy
- EMDR certification or active EMDRIA-approved training
- Brainspotting certification or advanced training
- Experience with CPT (Cognitive Processing Therapy) or PE (Prolonged Exposure)
- Background working with high-stress occupational populations (military, first responders, healthcare workers, etc.)
