What are the key skills and qualifications needed to thrive as a Trapper, and why are they important?

To thrive as a Trapper, you need strong knowledge of animal behavior, tracking, and trapping techniques, often gained through hands-on experience or relevant training. Familiarity with specialized equipment like traps, snares, GPS devices, and sometimes state-required trapping licenses is essential. Attention to detail, patience, ethical judgment, and problem-solving skills help set outstanding trappers apart. Working alone is common, so self-reliance and problem-solving abilities are essential.

What are trappers?
