In this role, you'll combine your operational expertise and sales skills to support our clients, contractors, and teams in delivering top-notch facility services.

As a Facility Solutions Manager, you'll be the go-to person for our clients, ensuring their needs are met and expectations exceeded. You'll train new clients, inspect contractor performance, handle client requests and complaints, and help grow our service offerings. Plus, you'll enjoy a supportive, friendly environment where your contributions truly make a difference.

What you'll do:
  • Manage strong, lasting relationships with assigned clients and contractors.
  • Develop tailored service strategies to fit each client's unique requirements.
  • Negotiate contracts for additional services and coordinate logistics and staffing.
  • Perform quality inspections and follow up to maintain high client satisfaction.
  • Supervise Night Managers to ensure services are executed flawlessly.
  • Coordinate supplies procurement and promote additional sales opportunities.
  • Communicate effectively with clients, contractors, and the operations team to resolve any issues promptly.
  • Utilize CRM tools to track client activities and schedule tasks efficiently.
  • Keep all client service documentation up to date and accurate.

Requirements
