To thrive as a Transportation Routing Analyst, you need strong analytical skills, knowledge of logistics principles, and a bachelor's degree in supply chain management, logistics, or a related field. Familiarity with transportation management systems (TMS), route optimization software, and advanced Excel or data analysis tools is typically required.
