Key Responsibilities

Qualifications

The ideal candidate for this position will possess:

  • A current and valid license as a LMFT, LPC, or LCSW in the state of Virginia.
  • A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to foster strong therapeutic relationships with clients.
  • An empathetic, compassionate, and non-judgmental attitude toward clients.

Preferred Experience

Compensation and Benefits
