Job description

Coke Florida is looking for a Manager, Integrated Supply based out of our Hollywood location, working Monday-Friday with occasional nights and weekends.

What You Will Do:

The Integrated Supply Planning has a leadership role in the commercial operations planning Team that is responsible for Functions that include Supply, Transportation, Distribution and Production Planning.

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Facilitate and foster effective collaboration with cross-functional teams including procurement, logistics, operations, and suppliers to optimize supply chain processes and drive continuous improvement.
  • Develop and implement transportation and logistics operations plans to ensure efficient movement of goods, reduce costs, and meet customer demand.
  • Oversee the transportation function, including carrier selection, rate negotiations, and performance monitoring of Common, Dedicated and Internal carriers. Ensure timely delivery of goods and optimize transportation costs by evaluating various modes of transportation.
  • Utilize data analytics tools and systems to generate insights, evaluate key performance indicators, and provide regular reports on transportation performance. Identify trends and areas for improvement to drive operational excellence.
  • Provide guidance, mentorship, and support to a team of transportation and logistics professionals. Foster a collaborative and results-oriented work environment to drive team performance and achieve departmental goals.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key internal and external stakeholders, including suppliers, carriers, and transportation service providers. Collaborate with stakeholders to resolve issues, identify opportunities, and ensure smooth transportation operations

For this role, you will need:

  • A bachelor's degree in supply chain management, logistics, business administration, or a related field is typically required. A master's degree in a relevant discipline can be an advantage.
  • Previous experience in transportation and logistics management is essential, with at least 3-5 years of progressive responsibility in a related role.
  • Experience in supply chain planning, carrier management, and process optimization is highly desirable.
  • Strong knowledge of transportation operations, logistics processes, and supply chain management principles. Familiarity with industry regulations, compliance requirements, and best practices in transportation management.
  • Propensity in data analysis, reporting, and utilization of transportation management systems (TMS) or similar tools. Ability to analyze complex data sets, identify trends, and derive actionable insights to improve transportation operations.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams, suppliers, carriers, and other stakeholders. Ability to articulate complex concepts in a clear and concise manner.
  • Proficiency in using transportation management systems (TMS), enterprise resource planning (ERP) software, and other relevant technologies to manage transportation operations and perform data analysis.
