Role Summary:
The Operations & Logistics Coordinator provides cross-functional support across Compliance, Logistics, Quality Control, and operational project coordination. This role serves as a central resource for ensuring operational processes are executed accurately and efficiently while supporting communication, documentation, and collaboration across multiple departments.
The Operations & Logistics Coordinator will help maintain compliance with customer requirements, facilitate logistics operations, support quality initiatives, and coordinate projects that improve organizational effectiveness.

Responsibilities
- Compliance Support
- Manage customer chargeback processes, including documentation, follow-up, and resolution.
- Support new customer onboarding activities and ensure accurate customer account setup.
- Maintain and update customer routing guides and routing matrix information.
- Ensure compliance documentation is complete, accurate, and maintained according to company standards.
- Logistics Support
- Perform systematic container updates and monitor shipment status throughout the transportation process.
- Prepare and maintain logistics documentation and shipping paperwork.
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely and accurate delivery information.
- Assist in resolving logistics-related issues to support on-time customer deliveries.
- Quality Control Support
- Monitor and follow up on quality control documentation to ensure completion within established deadlines.
- Coordinate with Customer Service and other departments to investigate and resolve quality-related issues.
- Maintain organized quality documentation and support continuous improvement initiatives.
Project Coordination & Administrative Support
- Schedule and coordinate cross-functional meetings and operational reviews.
- Prepare detailed meeting agendas, record meeting minutes, and distribute action items.
- Track project deliverables and follow up with stakeholders to ensure commitments and deadlines are met.
- Provide administrative and operational support to improve communication and workflow across departments.
Education
- Associate or bachelor’s degree in business, supply chain, logistics, operations management, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
Experience
- 1-2 years of experience in operations, logistics, administrative coordination, or a related role.
- Experience supporting cross-functional teams in a fast-paced business environment.
- Experience coordinating multiple priorities while maintaining strong attention to detail.
Technical Skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Outlook, and Word.
- Experience with ERP, order management, or business systems preferred.
- Strong documentation, reporting, and organizational skills.
