Transportation Monitor

Overview:
MedaCare Transportation Inc. is hiring reliable and compassionate Transportation Monitors to assist with transporting passengers to and from schools, medical appointments, and other designated locations. This role supports safe, structured, and respectful transportation services.
Paid training is provided.
Pay & Schedule:
  • $16 per hour.
  • Part-time position.
  • Split shift schedule (morning and afternoon routes). Most cases we will pick you up from home and drop back off. 
  • Consistent and predictable routes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Ride inside the vehicle to assist the driver.
  • Monitor passenger safety during transport.
  • Ensure passengers remain seated and properly secured.
  • Provide calm support and reassurance when needed.
  • Help maintain a safe and respectful environment.
  • Report concerns to the driver or dispatch.
  • Complete basic incident or observation reports as required.

Ideal Candidate:
  • Patient, dependable, and professional.
  • Comfortable working with children or individuals who may need support.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Able to remain calm in challenging situations.
