Working as a Transportation Liaison at Senior Helpers provides a meaningful opportunity to support both seniors and caregivers. This role focuses on safe, reliable transportation to ensure clients arrive at appointments on time and caregivers reach their scheduled shifts. Every day brings new interactions and the chance to make a real impact.
We are currently hiring Transportation Liaisons to serve clients and caregivers in Wauwatosa, Milwaukee County, and Shorewood.
Job Responsibilities
โ€ข Safely transport seniors to medical appointments, errands, and scheduled activities
โ€ข Assist clients with entering and exiting the vehicle, including walkers or mobility devices
โ€ข Transport caregivers to and from client homes as needed
โ€ข Communicate schedule updates with the office throughout the day
โ€ข Follow transportation routes and timing to ensure on-time arrivals
โ€ข Maintain accurate trip logs, mileage records, and basic documentation
โ€ข Keep the vehicle clean
โ€ข Provide friendly, patient, and respectful support to all clients and caregivers
Transportation Liaison Qualifications
