GW Murphy Inc. is seeking an experienced and strategic Vice President of Branch Administration & Operations to lead and optimize operations across our growing network of roofing and exterior building products distribution locations. This executive leadership role is responsible for driving operational excellence, improving efficiency, enhancing customer service, and supporting the continued growth of our organization.

The ideal candidate will bring a strong background in multi-site distribution operations, logistics, fleet management, and leadership development, along with a passion for building high-performing teams and scalable processes.

Strategic Leadership
  • Develop and execute operational strategies that support company growth and longterm objectives.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives across branch operations, logistics, and fleet management.
  • Analyze operational performance metrics and implement datadriven solutions to improve profitability and efficiency.
  • Partner with executive leadership on expansion planning, operational scalability, and capital investments.
  • Branch Operations & Administration
  • Provide leadership and oversight to branch administration and operational leadership teams.
  • Standardize and improve processes across all branch locations.
  • Ensure consistent execution of company policies, procedures, and service standards.
  • Support workforce planning, staffing strategies, and resource allocation across branches.
