Salary: Up to $95,000+, commensurate with experience
Schedule: Full-Time | Exempt | 24/7/365 Operational Environment

The Role

We are seeking a driven, hands-on Dispatch Manager to lead and elevate our dispatch operation. This is not a sit-back role-you'll be in the action, making real-time decisions, leading your team from the front, and driving performance every day.

What You'll Do
  • Lead dispatch operations in a fast-paced, high-volume 24/7 environment 
  • Build, develop, and retain a high-performing, accountable team 
  • Coach and train dispatchers to meet safety, service, and performance standards 
  • Make real-time operational decisions to keep service running smoothly 
  • Monitor schedules, manifests, and service levels to ensure on-time performance 
  • Use data and reporting to drive efficiency and continuous improvement 
  • Partner with Operations, Station Leadership, and HR on staffing and hiring 
  • Support recruiting, interviewing, and onboarding of new team members 
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and safety standards
