Alliance Dealer Solutions is hiring Loaner Agents for our automotive dealership partner. This role offers fantastic opportunities for advancement and promotion!

As a Loaner Agent, you play a vital role in the dealership, ensuring that loaner vehicles are presented in pristine condition and ready for customer use. You will assist in managing the loaner vehicle fleet, maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the loaner vehicle area, and providing exceptional customer service. Demonstrating friendliness, attention to detail, and safe driving techniques are essential for success in this role.

Responsibilities

  • Vehicle Presentation: Ensure all loaner vehicles are clean, presentable, and in excellent condition for customer use.

  • Vehicle Movement: Safely move loaner vehicles to their designated locations, including the service area, customer pick-up zone, or return area. Record the location of each vehicle and ensure keys are stored properly (never in your pockets).

  • Customer Assistance: Greet and assist customers upon arrival, managing their loaner vehicle needs and directing them to the appropriate department.

  • Area Maintenance: Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the loaner vehicle area, including picking up trash and debris.

  • Vehicle Preparation: Prepare loaner vehicles for customer use, ensuring they are clean, fueled, and well-maintained.

  • Vehicle Inspection: Perform visual inspections of loaner vehicles for any damage and report any issues to the service manager.

  • Documentation: Assist with the preparation and organization of loaner vehicle documentation, including logs and usage records.

  • Vehicle Return: Check in and inspect all loaner vehicles when returned to dealership.

  • Other Duties as Assigned: Perform other tasks as required to ensure the smooth operation of the loaner vehicle program and dealership.
