Position Overview:

We are seeking a dependable and compassionate Mortuary Transport Technician to join our team. This role is responsible for the respectful and professional transfer of deceased individuals from hospitals, residences, and other facilities to funeral homes or mortuaries. The ideal candidate is reliable, detail-oriented, and committed to maintaining dignity and discretion at all times.

Key Responsibilities:

* Perform removals and transports of deceased individuals in a safe, dignified, and timely manner

* Interact professionally and compassionately with families, medical staff, and law enforcement

* Properly lift, move, and secure remains using appropriate equipment

* Complete required documentation accurately and promptly

* Maintain cleanliness and organization of vehicles and equipment

* Follow all company policies, safety procedures, and health regulations

Qualifications:

* High school diploma or equivalent

* Valid driver’s license with clean driving record

* Professional appearance and demeanor

* Strong communication skills and emotional sensitivity
