Job Description

The Patient Transport Supervisor position is responsible for developing and implementing patient transport solutions. Patient Transport Supervisors offer a wide variety of transport solutions to meet customer and client needs.

Job Responsibilities

    Transport patients in a high-volume department.
    Work with Supervisor to help problem solve and mitigate issues.
    Daily interaction with the clients at the hospital to ensure timely and efficient services.
    Daily interaction with staff to ensure patient safety.
    Customer service experience
    Problem resolution
    Management experience, healthcare/hospital environment is preferred
    Experience training employees; acts as a backup to Patient Transport Manager
    Proficient using the computer - office skills
