Syntricate Technologies is seeking a Scrum Master with strong experience in Python and familiarity with AI/ML tools. The role involves leading Agile ceremonies, guiding teams in best practices, and maintaining transparency in Agile tracking systems while communicating with stakeholders.
Responsibilities:
• Should have hands on Python scarping knowledge and should be having verification background.
• Should have good verification background to guide the team and closely work with development team.
• Organize and lead Scrum ceremonies, including planning, standups, reviews, and retrospectives.
• Guide teams in adopting best practices, fostering self organization and continuous improvement.
• Maintain Agile tracking systems to ensure transparency of product and sprint backlogs.
• Communicate with stakeholders to provide progress updates, address concerns, and manage expectations
Qualifications:
Required:
• Customer is looking for a SCRUM Master who has hands on experience on Verification skills by using Python.
• He should be hands on with Python.
• This person should have familiarity with AI/ML tools, either in verification or in SCRUM management.
• Scrum master with handling Agile Ceremonies and tracking the work status in Jira.
