RN – Care Coordinator / Case Management – Travel Contract

Position Details

  • 13-Week Contract

  • Day Shift

  • 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM

  • 36 or 48 Hours/Week Available

  • Every Other Weekend Required

  • Holidays as Required

  • Float to other units/hospitals as needed

  • Start Date: 06/22/2026

Pay

  • $50 – $52 per hour

  • Approx. $1,800 – $2,496 per week gross
    (depending on 36 or 48 hours worked)

Requirements

  • Active Alabama RN License or Compact RN License required

  • No temporary licenses accepted

  • NURSYS verification required

  • AHA BLS or Red Cross BLS required

  • Minimum 2 years RN experience required

  • Case Management / Utilization Review experience preferred

  • Associate Degree in Nursing required

  • BSN or related healthcare bachelor’s degree preferred

  • Meditech EMR experience preferred

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate patient care and discharge planning
