Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and efficient Fabrication Operator to join our team in Lexington, United States. As a Fabrication Operator, you will play a crucial role in our manufacturing process, operating various fabrication equipment and ensuring the production of high-quality components.

  • Operate and maintain fabrication machinery and equipment, including cutting, bending, and welding tools
  • Read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and work orders to produce parts according to specifications
  • Set up machines and adjust settings for optimal performance and precision
  • Perform quality checks on fabricated parts to ensure they meet required standards
  • Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work area
  • Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines
  • Identify and report any equipment malfunctions or safety concerns
  • Assist in inventory management of materials and supplies
  • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and product quality
Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 1-3 years of experience in manufacturing or fabrication
  • Proficiency in operating fabrication machinery and equipment

The hourly rate for this role is in the range of $22.00 - $24.00 per hour.   The actual salary offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors, such as training, transferable skills, work experience, education, business needs, market demands and work location. The base pay range is subject to change and may be modified in the future.
