Contract PMO / Project Manager (ATS Migration)
We are seeking an experienced Contract Project Manager to lead a major talent technology transformation project. This role will oversee the migration from iCIMS to Phenom (ATS) and UKG (Onboarding), ensuring successful implementation, vendor coordination, data migration, system integrations, and go-live execution.
Key RequirementsProven experience leading ATS migration projects
Strong project management and PMO skills
Experience managing multi-vendor implementations
Background in data migration, system integrations, and cutover planning
Excellent stakeholder management across HR, Talent Acquisition, IT, and third-party vendors
Experience with Phenom, UKG, or iCIMS is a plus
Drive project planning, execution, and governance
Manage timelines, risks, dependencies, and vendor deliverables
Coordinate testing, data migration, integrations, and deployment activities
Facilitate stakeholder communication and executive status reporting
Ensure a smooth transition and successful adoption of the new platforms
Duration: 6 Months
Start Date: Targeting September 1 (subject to final approval)
