Intel is seeking a Senior Director, Technical Program Manager to lead strategic enterprise transformation programs supporting Intel's IDM 2.0 strategy. This leader will partner closely with IT and CPOG executives to drive large-scale initiatives, beginning with Intel's enterprise-wide SAP S/4HANA ERP implementation across Finance, Manufacturing, and Supply Chain. This role requires an executive-level leader who can align stakeholders, establish governance, manage risks, and ensure successful delivery of complex, cross-functional programs that are critical to Intel's business transformation.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Leadership

  • Serve as a trusted advisor to senior IT and CPOG leadership.
  • Drive alignment across IT, Finance, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, and business partners.
  • Communicate program status, risks, and recommendations to executive stakeholders.
  • Support IDM 2.0 and IAO strategic planning and execution.

Program Execution

  • Lead end-to-end delivery of SAP S/4HANA and other enterprise transformation programs.
  • Establish governance, integrated planning, risk management, and execution frameworks.
  • Drive accountability, stakeholder alignment, and program outcomes.
  • Manage large-scale budgets, resources, dependencies, and timelines.

Governance and Change Management

  • Develop executive dashboards, scorecards, and reporting mechanisms.
  • Lead steering committees and executive reviews.
  • Ensure transparency, issue resolution, and organizational readiness.
  • Guide change management and business process transformation efforts.

Team Leadership

  • Lead and develop a high-performing team of program and project managers.
  • Foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.
  • Orchestrate a complex, multivendor delivery ecosystem, including leadership of a primary systems integrator team (Deloitte) and several specialized partners, ensuring tight alignment to program scope, architecture standards, and SAP S/4HANA implementation milestones.
  • Establish and enforce vendor governance frameworks covering performance KPIs, commercial and contractual obligations, risk and issue escalation, and crossvendor dependency management, to ensure integrated delivery quality and value realization across all external partners.
Qualifications:

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, Business, or related field.
  • 15+ years of experience in technical program management, enterprise program leadership, or IT leadership roles.
  • 10+ years of experience leading large-scale enterprise transformation programs with budgets exceeding 50M and cross-functional teams of 100+ people.
  • 8+ years of ERP implementation experience, with at least 5+ years involving SAP S/4HANA, SAP ECC, or comparable enterprise ERP platforms.
  • 8+ years of experience working with Finance, Manufacturing, and Supply Chain business processes in a technology, manufacturing, or semiconductor environment.
  • 10+ years of experience influencing and aligning executive stakeholders, including VP, SVP, and C-suite leaders, in complex matrixed organizations.
  • 10+ years of executive-level communication experience, including steering committees, board-level presentations, executive reviews, and strategic program reporting.
  • 8+ years of experience building, leading, and developing global teams, including direct management of senior program managers and geographically distributed organizations.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Master's degree or MBA.
  • PMP, PgMP, SAFe, Agile, or equivalent certification.
  • Experience in the semiconductor, high-tech, or technology manufacturing industry.
  • Prior involvement with large-scale business transformation initiatives.
  • SAP S/4HANA expertise across Finance, Manufacturing, and Supply Chain modules.
  • Experience partnering across IT and business operations organizations.
  • Organizational change management experience (Prosci, ADKAR, or equivalent).
  • Prior Senior Director or equivalent leadership experience within a Fortune 500 company.
