Your work may span strategy, operations, process design, and technology as we partner with clients to transform finance.

Work You'll Do

As a Manager, Functional Transformation, you will be responsible for...

  • Leading strategy and transformation workstreams from planning through execution
  • Developing analyses, presentations, and recommendations for business and leadership stakeholders
  • Managing project plans, timelines, dependencies, risks, and issue resolution across multiple activities
  • Coordinating cross-functional stakeholders to align decisions, actions, and deliverables
  • Supporting implementation of growth and transformation initiatives in an onsite environment

Qualifications

Required

  • Bachelor's degree
  • 6+ years of experience in strategy, transformation, program management, or business operations
  • 3+ years of experience leading project workstreams, project plans, and stakeholder deliverables
  • Experience using Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, and Word in a business environment
  • Active Top Secret security clearance required with eligibility to obtain a SCI
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future.
  • Must be willing to be onsite in Rosslyn, VA 100% of the time

The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Deloitte, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $151,500 to $252,500
