Job Description

Position: Procurement Specialist - Transaction Processing

Location: SAN ANTONIO TX 78249

Duration: 12+ Months Contract

Rate: $17.50/Hr on W2

Job Description:

  • A Procurement Specialist will have experience with price negotiations; purchase order creation; order tracking and management; and price dispute resolutions. Procurement Specialist should have experience in acquiring, buying goods, services or works from an external source.

Additional knowledge:

  • Purchasing and managing inventory
  • Record Keeping
  • Negotiate pricing
  • Maintain Client and Customer relationships
  • Multitasking
  • Minimum 2 years of administrative experience required
  • 1 year experience in customer service
  • 1 year of experience using computer as primary job tool
  • Update and maintain various systems/tools per standard process documentation
  • Respond to various requests for information, as needed. Escalate to supervisor as appropriate
