Job Description

Skills:

  • Experience with coding warranty claims and warranty administration.
  • Good verbal and written communication skills.
  • Computer and excel skills

Claims Administration:

  • Automotive Services Industry Knowledge (P0 - Trained)
Qualifications

Education:

  • High school or equivalent work/military experience Basic

Qualifications:

  • 1-2 years of experience with automotive warranty, policy and procedure
  • 1-2 years' experience with management systems used in automotive warranty and administration
  • Overtime will be required

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Technical and mechanical background
