By fostering a welcoming environment and building rapport with customers, the associate helps drive store sales and contributes to the overall success of the retail location. This role requires adaptability, strong communication skills, and a commitment to upholding the brand’s standards and values.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Basic proficiency with computers and point-of-sale systems.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks such as lifting and stocking.
