Job Summary:
Vantage Point Consulting Inc. is seeking a Technical Writer to create structured, user-friendly documentation and training materials for enterprise platforms, particularly within DAM environments. The role involves collaborating with business and IT teams to produce high-quality content that supports onboarding, certification, and product usage.
Responsibilities:
• Author comprehensive technical documentation, including API guides, migration playbooks
• Create developer guides, architecture decision records (ADRs), and knowledgebase articles
• Training Material Documentation
• Produce video tutorials and conduct training demos and presentations
• Act as a single point of contact (SPOC) between business and IT teams
Qualifications:
Required:
• Proven experience in technical writing and training documentation (5–10 years).
• Strong background in DAM platforms and content modeling.
• Ability to create structured content.
• Experience with multimedia tools for training delivery.
• Technical Writing: 5–10 years
• Training Material Documentation: 5–10 years
• DAM: Minimum 5 years experience required
