Minimum qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 2 years of experience in program or project management.
  • Experience working with Learning Management System (LMS) software, Intellum, and Evolve.
  • Experience developing Learning Management Systems, including setting up user domains, permissions, and roles aligned with business requirements.

Preferred qualifications:
  • Experience in the set up and management of Learning Management Systems to include structuring learning environments by setting up user domains, permissions, and roles aligned with business requirements.
  • Ability to develop policies and procedures that ensure consistent, secure, and effective use of learning technologies.
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple time-sensitive initiatives and work collaboratively with numerous stakeholders in different locations.
  • Assess new tools for alignment to tech stack and integrate those tools where appropriate.

Responsibilities
  • Configure LMS domain-level structures, maintain system standards, and ensure tools are available, secure, and usable by content developers, instructional designers and learners.
  • Ensure the LMS meets the evolving needs of business stakeholders and technicians.
  • Lead learning and development tooling evaluation, while piloting emerging technologies that can improve automation, personalization, or analytics.
  • Lead the implementation and configuration of generative AI and agentic features or plugins within the LMS ecosystem.
  • Maintain procedures and adhere to policies to ensure the security and integrity of systems/networks.
