About the RoleThis is a temporary canvassing position that serves as the entry point into our Project Manager/Sales development track.
During this phase, you will:Canvass assigned neighborhoods to introduce our company and services
Schedule inspections and consultations for our sales/project team
Learn roofing systems, customer communication, and job processes
Train directly with experienced leaders and mentors
Be evaluated for promotion based on performance, reliability, and attitude
Successful candidates transition into Project Manager or Sales roles, typically within ~3 months.
