We are hiring canvassers for a paid training role designed to fast-track high performers into Project Manager and Sales Representative positions within approximately 90 days. If you have been looking to break into the roofing industry but don't know where to start, we offer a solid training program from the ground up (no prior experience required) while offering a competitive pay structure while you learn.

About the Role

This is a temporary canvassing position that serves as the entry point into our Project Manager/Sales development track.

During this phase, you will:

Canvass assigned neighborhoods to introduce our company and services

Schedule inspections and consultations for our sales/project team

Learn roofing systems, customer communication, and job processes

Train directly with experienced leaders and mentors

Be evaluated for promotion based on performance, reliability, and attitude

Successful candidates transition into Project Manager or Sales roles, typically within ~3 months.
