Job description

You will serve as a Management and Program Analyst in the Training and Doctrine (TRADOC) Department of NVRECRUITNGCMD.Qualifications:Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-09 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1) Applying quantitative and qualitative analytical methods to evaluate and improve administrative operations, business processes, and program goals (e.g., within a recruiting or similar operational environment); 2) Developing and implementing content management strategies, including the use of metadata, taxonomy, and digital collaborative tools to optimize knowledge sharing and asset lifecycles; 3) Identifying root causes of operational challenges and presenting data-driven recommendations to leadership; and 4) Communicating complex or sensitive information effectively to diverse stakeholders while managing multiple competing projects under tight deadlines and ambiguous conditions."
