Working closely with factory leadership, Operations, HRBPs, and support teams, this role ensures training solutions are aligned with company standards and best practices while responding to real business needs. You will act as a catalyst for continuous improvement-using adult learning methodologies, coaching techniques, and lean principles to create impactful learning experiences.

How you'll make an impact

  • Design, lead, and continuously improve training and development programs that build skills, performance, and engagement.

  • Partner with HUB leadership, Operations, HRBPs, and support functions to identify training needs and implement effective solutions.
