Job description

Imagine One Technology & Management, Ltd. is seeking a Program Manager contingent upon award of the associated work. Work will be performed in Charleston, South Carolina.


Overview:
The Program Manager (PM) serves as the primary point of contact with the Government for all matters relating to contract performance, execution, and compliance. The PM provides overall management direction for planning, organizing, staffing, budgeting, and controlling program execution to ensure technical, cost, and schedule objectives are achieved.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the principal liaison between the Government Contracting Officer’s Representative (COR), Contracting Officer (CO), and the contractor team.
  • Manage all contract activities, ensuring performance meets or exceeds all technical, cost, and schedule requirements.
  • Oversee program planning, risk management, cost control, and performance reporting.
  • Develop, maintain, and present program schedules, status reports, and performance metrics to the Government.
  • Direct and coordinate work of technical and functional leads across multiple task areas.
  • Ensure contractor staff meet all contractual qualifications, certifications, and security requirements.
  • Implement quality assurance processes and risk mitigation strategies to support program success.
  • Manage subcontractor performance and integration into overall program efforts.

Desired Experience:

  • 15+ years of progressive management experience in DoD or related programs.
  • Familiarity with Navy/NIWC processes, Integrated Master Scheduling (IMS), Earned Value Management (EVM), and risk management practices.
  • Experience managing large, complex DoD acquisition programs.

Desired Education:

  • Bachelor's degree in any technical or managerial discipline.

Security Requirements:

  • U.S. Citizen
  • Active DoD Top Secret security clearance
