Salary/Pay Rate/Compensation: $20.00โ$23.00/hr DOE | Weekly Pay
Schedule: MondayโFriday | 7:00 AMโ3:30 PM or 8:00 AMโ4:30 PM | Full-Time

Whatโs a typical day as a Training Administrator? Youโll be:
- Coordinating and scheduling training sessions for employees and customers
- Managing registrations, bookings, and cancellations in the Learning Management System (LMS)
- Utilizing the HALO ticketing system to track and manage training inquiries
- Preparing and distributing quotes for training requests and handling invoicing processes
- Monitoring training program effectiveness through feedback, assessments, and follow-up communication
- Maintaining training records and ensuring up-to-date documentation
- Supporting onboarding activities to ensure new employees have required training resources
- Providing general administrative support in the Training Center, including participant check-in and phone support
- Assisting with the Field Service Training Apprentice Program and training center operations
This job might be an outstanding fit if you:
- Have 3+ years of experience in administrative support, coordination, scheduling, or customer service roles
- Are experienced with Microsoft Office, and familiar with SIS and LMS platforms
- Possess strong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail
- Have excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Are comfortable learning and navigating multiple software systems (experience with SAP, Smartsheet, or similar systems preferred)
- Can manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment and are process-oriented and eager to learn
- Hold a high school diploma or equivalent (Associate degree in management or administration preferred)
