Job Duties: ACGME Residency Program Management:Management, coordination, and supervision of daily operation of the Radiology Program and Radiology Residents. These duties are ongoing throughout the residents’ 4-5 years of training and include all requirements related to maintaining ACGME accreditation and good standing with MUSC GME office as well as requirements for the American Board of Radiology, for board certification requirements. The responsibilities include all DR residents and IR Integrated resident during R1-3 years (total of 50 residents). Work closely with administrative coordinator to complete all required scheduled training, documentation, submissions to requisite agencies and maintain files for official tracking and future verifications.

Residency Recruitment:Manage, coordinate, schedule all activities related to annual residency recruitment process. This includes working with recruitment application, software, websites.

Administrative Coordination:Administration, coordination, and supervision of the overall education initiative for the Department of Radiology. Mentor and training for sub-specialty coordinators on all aspects of individual training program. Assist in daily operation as required. Assist coordinators and directors with implementation of any new, updated ACGME requirements. Share successful aspects of the core program to allow more continuity between all programs. Provide support for the sub-specialty administrative staff and ensure compliance with all ACGME requirements.
