Pay Range: $39.70/-hr on W2.

Position Overview:
  • Our baseline need is for strong Excel/data analyst with coordination skills.
  • It would be great if we can find someone who also has LMS administration, Oracle Business Intelligence, SharePoint, Articulate and compliance reporting experience.
  • The training coordinator will support the development, implementation and measurement of training across company.
  • Responsible for administration of the learning management system and related reporting.

Primary Job Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Responsible for assessing, implementing and evaluating training programs.
  • Researches and analyzes course information and materials to determine content, target audience, learning objectives and recurrence cycles.
  • Works with subject-matter experts to determine appropriate training audiences.
  • Uses Excel and data analysis skills to set up audience definitions and recurrence patterns in the learning management system.
  • Maintains training assignment and completion records to ensure compliance with applicable regulations.
  • Serves as administrator for the learning management system.
  • Answers user questions and provides basic troubleshooting of system issues.
  • Runs reports and analyzes data for responding to training data requests and meeting regulatory requirements.
  • Supports the maintenance of training resources, including learning assessments, simulations for both online and classroom training courses.
  • Works with contacts across the business to assess needs and maintain training plan data.
  • Performs other responsibilities as requested or assigned.

Required Skills:
  • Effective analytical, problem-solving and decision-making skills with complex and diverse subjects.
  • Ability to recognize patterns and trends in complex, unfamiliar and diverse information.
  • Meticulous attention to detail.
  • Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
  • Software skills to develop and use spreadsheets, documents, databases and ad hoc reports.
  • Ability to prioritize and handle multiple projects concurrently.
  • Communicates effectively in writing and orally.
  • Effective interpersonal skills.

Preferred Skills:
  • Experience in administering training programs, learning technology platforms and training development preferred.
  • Experience with Oracle and Oracle Business Intelligence, Articulate Storyline and SharePoint is preferred.
