Position Overview:
As the Personal Training Manager, you will play a key role in driving personal training sales, team performance, and client retention. You'll be responsible for leading and motivating a team of Personal Trainers, ensuring outstanding customer service, and helping members achieve their fitness goals while maximizing revenue opportunities.

What we look for in our Fitness Professionals:
  • Proven ability to build the Personal Training business.
  • Experienced in executing floor pulls.
  • Nationally recognized personal training certification.
  • Experience in recruiting and coaching the personal training staff.
  • Ability to run the department playbook - Know the numbers, set goals, and hold the team accountable.

Qualifications:
  • CPR Certification (required)
  • Nationally Recognized Personal Training Certification (NASM, ACE, NSCA, etc.).
  • Sales and leadership experience in a fitness or performance-driven environment.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals.
  • Strong communication, organization, and time management skills.
  • Ability to adapt, lead a team, and thrive in a fast-paced, results-driven setting.

Physical Requirements:
  • Must be able to lift 50 lbs.
  • Physical effort required for daily duties, including lifting weights, squatting, bending, reaching, spotting, prolonged standing, and walking
