Medical Operations & Implementation Manager
Location: Nationwide Travel Required (Multi-Site Support)
Type: Full-Time | Salary: $3,500 - $5,500/month + BonusesWe are a fast-growing spa company expanding into a medical-grade aesthetic and wellness brand. We're looking for a Medical Operations & Implementation Manager to oversee the rollout of medical spa services across multiple locations.

What You'll Do:

  • Transition spas into fully compliant medical spa facilities

  • Support hiring and onboarding of medical staff (NPs, PAs, RNs)

  • Manage vendor accounts & medical equipment setup

  • Travel to sites to train staff, ensure compliance, and launch services

  • Help roll out treatments: Botox, fillers, PDO threads, HRT, weight loss, lasers, microneedling, and more

What We're Looking For:

  • Experience in a medical spa, clinic, or healthcare operations

  • Strong in project coordination, training, and vendor management

  • Knowledge of compliance/regulations (preferred)

  • Comfortable with frequent travel (up to 70%)

  • Clinical background (RN/NP/PA) is a plus but not required
