Key Responsibilities

Lead customer implementations of medium to high complexity, ensuring a smooth transition from commercial award to stable operations

Own and drive the end‑to‑end implementation project plan across functions and geographies, including operations, IT, HR, and finance

Establish project milestones, readiness criteria, and go/no‑go stage gates, providing clear visibility to internal and external stakeholders

Proactively manage risks, dependencies, and issues from award through hypercare, escalating where required to protect delivery and profitability

Act as the central point of coordination for customers during onboarding, ensuring scope adherence and alignment with the solution sold

Partner with operational teams to ensure readiness, including SOPs/IOPs, staffing, training, IT/EDI integration, KPI reporting, and service quality

Contribute to commercial opportunities by supporting solution design and presenting the implementation approach during pre‑sale and sales engagements

Capture lessons learned and share best practices to continuously improve implementation methodologies and execution standards

What We Are Looking For

Proven experience leading logistics or supply chain implementations, including project management in a multi‑stakeholder environment

Strong understanding of international supply chain operations, including ocean, air, and origin services such as trucking, customs, and milestone visibility

Demonstrated ability to engage professionally with customers and internal stakeholders at both operational and senior levels

Solid project management capability, supported by certification (PMP, ACP‑PMI, or equivalent) or equivalent education and experience

High proficiency in project management tools such as MS Project, Excel, and PowerPoint, with a structured and detail‑oriented working style

Excellent communication, problem‑solving, and prioritization skills, with the ability to manage timelines and complexity under pressure
