The Role
As our Business Development Representative, you will be a driving force behind our growth — identifying new opportunities, generating qualified leads, and building lasting relationships with insurance professionals, property managers, real estate agents, and homeowners across our three territories.
Key Responsibilities
  • Prospect for new business through outbound calls, emails, networking events, and social media
  • Build and nurture relationships with insurance adjusters, property managers, real estate agents, and other industry professionals
  • Educate prospective clients on the value of our restoration services and tailor solutions to their needs

  • Maintain accurate, up-to-date records of all sales activity and follow-ups in our CRM
  • Coordinate with the operations team to ensure a seamless handoff from lead to project execution
  • Monitor customer satisfaction through follow-up calls, visits, and satisfaction survey reviews
  • Consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
What We're Looking For
  • Proven success in a sales or business development role, ideally in restoration, insurance, or a related industry
  • Solid understanding of the restoration industry — its key players, trends, and challenges
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with a talent for building rapport and trust
  • Confidence setting and running appointments, presentations, educational classes, and community events
  • A self-motivated, goal-oriented mindset with a strong drive to succeed
  • The ability to thrive independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency with CRM software and the Microsoft Office Suite
What We Offer
  • Full-time position with competitive base salary + commission structure
  • Company vehicle and company phone
  • Paid training and career advancement opportunities
  • PTO, vacation, and holiday pay
  • Online mobile training courses
  • A supportive, collaborative team environment
  • The chance to make a real difference — helping people and communities in times of need
