Compensation:

Hourly Wage: $17โ€“$18/hr

Hours Per Week: 30โ€“37.5 hrs

Schedule: Morning and afternoon program, as well administrative time for program preparation and training

You'll Need:

  • High school diploma/GED plus a willingness to complete CYC Certification (or another approved youth worker credential), with 2 years of related experience or 1 year of AYS experience โ€” OR
  • Some college plus 2 years of related experience โ€” OR
  • A BA/BS plus 1 year of related experience
  • Supervisory experience preferred

Bring the curriculum to life โ€” implement engaging daily programming aligned with our Curriculum Framework.

Keep growing โ€” complete your 90-day training lab and required trainings. We make them worth your time.

Active on your feet โ€” comfortable standing, walking, and/or sitting for extended periods throughout the day.

Ready to lend a hand โ€” able to move supplies or equipment up to 20 lbs.
