Job description

Overview VTG is seeking a Training Specialist to join our team supporting mission-essential national security programs. In this critical role, you will design, develop, and deliver high-impact training solutions that prepare government personnel to execute complex mission requirements. Working closely with subject matter experts and program stakeholders, you will perform instructional design activities and develop engaging formal classroom courses, workshops, and seminars that enhance workforce readiness and operational effectiveness. If you are passionate about adult learning, instructional innovation, and supporting the nation's most critical missions, we invite you to join our team. This role in based 100% onsite in Fort Meade, Maryland. #Triaplex #VTG What will you do? * In this critical role, you will perform Instructional Design, Develop formal classroom courses, workshops and seminars. * Developing online web-based training, distance learning presentations, training plans, courses, and materials of a technical nature. * Designs, develops, and revises complex interactive, virtual learning and/or instructor-led courses of a technical nature. Do you have what it takes? * US Citizen with TS/SCI with Poly required * Ten (10) years of experience planning and managing training development for large
programs * Bachelor's Degree in Communications Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Information Systems, Mathematics, Education, Liberal Arts, or similar degree or equivalent. * A Master's Degree may be substituted for two years of experience, thereby reducing the total years of experience to three (3). In lieu of a Bachelor's degree, four (4) years of additional experience may be substituted. * SIGINT related experience within the intelligence Community; 3 Years
* Current certification through Natl Cryptologic University (NCU) * 5 years of training experience with digital signals processing
* Experience with curriculum development and maintenance
* Experience with administrating virtual training * SIGINT and C++ experience * Ability to travel VTG's estimated starting pay range is $80K-$100K annually, which is a general guideline for the geographic location. When extending an offer, VTG also considers work experience, education, skill level, market considerations and may possibly include contractual requirements which may cause an offer to fall outside of this range.
