About the Role:
Optimal Home Care Services is looking for a compassionate and dedicated Caregiver to join our team in Burnsville, MN. This is a fantastic opportunity for individuals interested in In-Home Support (IHS) — training is provided, so no prior experience is required! If you have a heart for helping others and want to make a real difference in people's lives, we want to hear from you.
Responsibilities:
  • Provide in-home support (IHS) services to clients in the Burnsville area
  • Assist clients with daily living activities including personal care, hygiene, and grooming
  • Support clients with meal preparation, light housekeeping, and errands
  • Accompany clients to appointments and community activities
  • Monitor and document client well-being and report any changes to supervisors
  • Build trusting, respectful relationships with clients and their families
  • Follow individualized care plans to meet each client's unique needs
Requirements:
  • No prior caregiving experience required — paid training is provided
  • Must be 18 years of age or older
  • Reliable transportation and valid driver's license preferred
