We are seeking a dedicated and vigilant Armed Guard to join our security team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong sense of responsibility and professionalism, ensuring the safety and security of our premises, personnel, and assets. As an Armed Guard, you will play a crucial role in maintaining a secure environment through proactive surveillance and effective conflict management.
Responsibilities
  • Conduct regular patrols of the assigned area to deter and detect any suspicious activity
  • Respond promptly to alarms and incidents, providing immediate assistance as needed.
  • Enforce security policies and procedures while maintaining a visible presence to deter criminal activity.
  • Provide first aid and CPR in emergency situations until medical personnel arrive.
  • Collaborate with law enforcement agencies as necessary during incidents or investigations.
  • Document all incidents, observations, and actions taken in detailed reports.
  • Participate in ongoing training programs to enhance skills in loss prevention and conflict management.
Requirements
  • Valid armed security guard license or certification as required by state regulations.
  • Previous experience in law enforcement or military service is preferred.
  • Proficiency in surveillance techniques and loss prevention strategies.
